Profiling and Search

 

Profiling: We start with a thorough briefing on the job requirements, competencies, experience, and salary level. Based on this, we create a candidate profile and a job description that forms the foundation for the search process.

Marketing: We offer advice on job postings, including ad formats and media channels. We also provide discounted agreements with industry-specific media, such as BureauBizz, among others.

Search & Screening: We proactively reach out to relevant profiles. After a thorough screening process, we present 4-6 profiles.

Timing: 2-4 weeks

Fee: 5% of the annual salary

Interviews and References

 

Interviews: 3-5 candidates are selected for interviews. We can assist with the interviews if desired.

References: We gather and report references for the selected candidates.

Evaluation: Based on the interviews and references, candidates are selected for the next phase.

Timing: 2-4 weeks

Fee: 5% of the annual salary

Testing and Final Interviews

 

Testing: We facilitate testing processes, either through your setup or using our own tools.

Second Round Interviews: 2-3 candidates are selected for second-round interviews, where we can assist if desired.

Final Interviews: The top 1-2 candidates enter the final round of interviews.

Negotiation, Contract, and Closing: We can assist with salary negotiations and ensure a successful hire.

Timing: 2-4 weeks
